Multiple ways to connect the camera to 2.4GHz WiFi
Important Tips For WiFi connection:
-The camera works with 2.4Ghz WiFi ONLY, 5GHz WiFi is NOT supported!
-Your Wi-Fi name and Password should not contain two special characters ' and &.
- The camera is NOT battery camera, the power supply comes with camera MUST be connected all the time.
Way 1: Connect the camera to WiFi without connecting Ethernet cable via mobile App.
1. Download "Wansview" App to your phone from App store or Google play
2. Power the camera on
3. Run Wansview App, tap icon "+" and select "Add camera via WiFi mode", and then follow tips to setup the camera step by step.
Way 2: Connect the camera to WiFi with connecting Ethernet cable
1. Download "Wansview" App to your phone from App store or Google play
2. Power the camera on, connect it to router with Ethernet cable
3. Run Wansview App, tap icon "+" and select "Add camera via Wired mode", and then follow tips to setup the camera step by step.
Way 3: Can setup the camera via Wansview PC software without using Android or iOS smart phone:
1. Power the camera on, connect it to router with Ethernet cable
2. Download Wansview PC software and instruction from this link http://www.wansview.com/Service/download/23.html
3. After added the camera to PC software, can setup WiFi connection for the camera.
